When you enjoy this smoothie, you're even fueling your body with plenty of much-needed nutrition:

- 1/2 Avocado, peeled and pitted - 1 Banana1 Cup spinach - 1/2 Cup almond milk (or other milk of choice) - 1/4 Tsp cinnamon - 1/4 Tsp pure vanilla extract - 1/2 Cup ice
